We have over 20 years of experience working in planning, construction and project management on the West Coast. It is with much pride and gratitude that we’ve worked exclusively on Salt Spring Island for the past decade. Here are some of our favourite projects from our island home.

The Core Inn is a heritage building in downtown Ganges that is operated as a youth and outreach centre. The building was in need of accessibility and life-safety upgrades that ultimately spurred a comprehensive renovation of the building. The renovation included an addition to house an elevator, overhauls to the mechanical and electrical systems, a new roof and reconfiguration of the offices and meeting spaces. Special care was taken to blend the addition and other renovation with the existing structure.

We enjoyed transforming this home to be brighter and more spacious through a full interior/exterior renovation. This included adding a beautiful two-story covered deck to capture views of Weston Lake and extend the living space outside. The project also involved construction of a large workshop and a rainwater storage system the owners use to irrigate their garden.

A large-scale renovation turned a once humble small Panadode cabin into a large, five-bedroom family home. This house features a luxury master suite, a large vaulted great room, four car garage, shop and chef’s kitchen.
